DNE ERROR with CISCO VPN CLIENT

Error:
DNE installation requires a reboot first.

Symptoms:
Cisco VPN client install, asks for reboot, after reboot it uninstalls Cisco VPN client.
or
Cisco VPN client install, reboot, DNE installation requires a reboot first.

Solution:
Go HERE to download DNE fix, then reinstall the DNE client.

Notes:
After the fix, Cisco VPN client should function correctly.
